Liz Oakley - Founder and Managing Director

Having gained more than two decades of communications experience both in-house and agency side, Liz created Oakley Communications to support businesses looking for a bespoke communications service. 

 
 

From leading multinational FTSE organisations to small start-ups, trade associations and specialist service providers, Liz’s experience combined with her common-sense approach and love of communications, engagement and storytelling is a compelling combination and we like to think a winning formula.

Liz’s carefully selected network of specialist consultants and freelancers adds further expertise and capability to the team and allows Oakley Communications to meet the evolving needs of its diverse client base.

Lucky enough to grow up in a family with a love of great literature and the written word, Liz learnt her craft from a young age and when not helping her clients create their story, she’s busy reading them to her two young children, Imogen and Josh.

FELICITY FRANCIS

- CONTENT SPECIALIST

Felicity has spent the last 20 years helping businesses and brands in many sectors find the right words. Before becoming a freelance writer, she spent ten years as a business journalist and editor. She also co-founded, ran and successfully sold a software start-up, so knows first hand how a business needs to get in front of the right customers.

Today, the people Felicity works with vary from fledgling businesses looking to grow to established, global brands with thousands of employees. She has a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Drama, a Master’s degree in Creative Writing and a bunch of writing qualifications that she picked up along the way.

NATASCHA NIEBAUER

- CREATIVE DIRECTOR FOR POWERPOINT DESIGNS & TOOLKITS

Natascha has over 12 years experience as an international designer, working with a wide range of diverse clients, from small companies to large, global brands. Her past clients include Ogilvy, Chanel, H+K, Havas, GE, Comic Relief, Red Bull, Arsenal FC and many more. She’s expert in PowerPoint templates and presentation as well in Word template reports and toolkit creation.

Natascha speaks English and German fluently and is passionate about learning new languages - she has been learning Korean for over five years. Natascha also works with healing methods to better reduce stress in everyday life.

 
 

SARAH PASCARU

- SOCIAL MEDIA TRAINER & STRATEGIST

Sarah has been a social media trainer and strategist for the past seven years and works with businesses across different industries, helping them navigate the ever-changing social media landscape.

Before becoming a social media consultant, Sarah worked for 13 years in the financial services, e-commerce and fintech sectors. She is a mentor and visiting lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire and works with a social enterprise in collaboration with the Prince's Trust as a paid social/digital marketing tutor. 

Sarah has a Bachelor's Degree in International Business, a Diploma in Strategic Social Media Marketing and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Sarah is also fluent in French, having been born and then lived in Belgium.
